Willing to train the right entry-level candidate out of tech school. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Operate and use all body shop equipment properly and safely.
• Assist in removal of rust from metal, and grease and dirt from work surfaces.
• Assist in masking and protecting parts that are not to be painted or coated.
• Assist in filling cavities and dents with putty to attain a smooth surface.
• May assist in mixing paint according to specifications.
• May assist in painting surfaces using sprayer or brush as appropriate.
• Inspect painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags, and unpainted areas.
• Maintain tools and keep equipment clean and in proper repair.
• Keep work area clean.
• Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
