We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a metal finishing (plating and anodizing) facility. This position combines shipping and receiving responsibilities with customer order entry and production coordination. The ideal candidate is dependable, accurate, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Enter customer purchase orders accurately into the company computer system.
• Review purchase orders carefully to ensure all customer requirements are captured and processed correctly.
• Print and distribute work instructions to production personnel.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Receive and process incoming materials and customer parts.
• Package and prepare outgoing shipments in accordance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate the flow of work through the facility by distributing jobs to operators.
• Operate a forklift (training provided if necessary).
• Maintain organized records and shipping documentation.

• Ability to identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous shipping/receiving, inventory, manufacturing, or order entry experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
