Job Description & How to Apply Below

Dynamic Heating, Cooling & Geothermal is a growing, family-owned HVAC company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Connecticut. We specialize in residential and light commercial heating, cooling, heat pump, and geothermal systems.

We are always interested in meeting experienced, motivated HVAC professionals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and genuinely care about doing what is right for the customer.

Why Work at Dynamic?

Depending on the position, our compensation and benefits may include:

  • Competitive pay with performance and commission opportunities
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company match 3%
  • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
  • Company vehicle or transportation benefit for qualifying positions
  • Company gas card
  • Company-provided phone and tablet when required
  • Training and professional-development opportunities
  • Opportunities for advancement as the company grows
  • A supportive, locally owned company where strong performance is recognized

This is a consultative sales position—not a high-pressure sales role. Our Comfort Advisor must be able to listen carefully, identify the customer's needs, explain appropriate options, and help the customer make an informed decision.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of furnaces, air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, indoor air quality, and geothermal equipment
  • Ability to evaluate a home's comfort concerns and recommend properly designed solutions
  • Experience performing or interpreting heat-loss and heat-gain calculations
  • Ability to create and present multiple equipment and financing options
  • Strong in-home presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of HVAC installation requirements, job costing, gross margin, and accurate pricing
  • Ability to document equipment, measurements, photos, videos, and jobsite conditions
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Ability to work closely with customers, installers, technicians, office staff, and company ownership
  • Valid driver's license and a professional driving record

The right candidate will take ownership of the entire customer experience—from the first appointment through job preparation, installation follow-up, rebate documentation, and final customer satisfaction.
