• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, triggers, flows, process builders, and integration (REST & SOAP)
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with other cloud and on‑prem systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs in real‑time and batch mode
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model and data model
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for scalable, reusable UI solutions
• Writing clean, efficient, maintainable Apex code with focus on performance and code quality; identify and resolve PMD rule violations, reduce cyclomatic and cognitive complexity
• Develop, optimize, and manage Salesforce triggers following best practices and avoiding recursion
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems using REST integration patterns
• Manage and execute deployment processes using Copado, Octopus, or other tools
• Implement and optimize Salesforce automation processes such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and code reviews to ensure quality
• Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model collaborating with offshore teams
• Good to have experience with Git Hub Copilot, Deployment tools (Octopus) and JIRA; preferred Git Hub, RTC, automation tools, IVR technologies like AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot, etc.
