We’re hiring Installers (Construction General Laborers) for our team in Plainville, MA.

• Contribute to a high-performance team and deliver quality work.
• Work until the job is completed correctly.
• Build open and honest relationships through clear communication.
• Execute construction general labor duties on the job site, including setup and cleanup.
• Organize, carry, and load heavy materials (up to 50 lbs); perform digging and back-filling of trenches/holes.
• Make repairs in crawl spaces, basements, and around home foundations.
• Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (preferred; required for promotion).

• Entry-level position with potential for advancement into leadership roles.

• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.

• Pay:
  Competitive hourly pay plus bonus paid per job (typical range $40k-$50k/yr).
