This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Concrete Supervisor at TRM Concrete in Plainville, MA. The Concrete Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating concrete projects, managing a team of concrete workers, ensuring project quality and safety standards, and communicating with clients and contractors.

• Concrete flatwork, sidewalk, and foundation construction skills.
• Experience overseeing concrete projects and managing a team.
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans.
• Understanding safety regulations and procedures in construction.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Certifications in concrete construction or a related field are a plus.
