Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Foster a fun environment.
• Be a gracious host to all guests and co‑workers.
• Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company‑sponsored events.
• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the Red‑Carpet Customer Service Program.
• Maintain a balanced cashier’s station.
• Process cash transactions for casino customers and employees (cash TITO tickets, personal checks, traveler’s checks, currency exchange, and cash advances).
• Be knowledgeable of and comply with Title 31 regulations.
• Enroll patrons into Players Club, issue Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with casino promotions.
• Work the main bank as assigned.
• Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
• Comply with state, company, and departmental policies and regulations.
