Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK. Calling all "Customer Service Superstars!" - over the past 12 weeks, this position has averaged an additional $72.50 per hour, in tips/tokes/gratuities!

• Responsible for fostering a fun environment
• Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
• Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
• Exchange currency for guest
• Responsible for the monitoring of slot machine activity
• Perform routine machine repairs and service, including jackpot and ticket fill process and responding to change lights.
• Print replacement and issue new Marquee Rewards cards
• Closely monitor customer needs by visibly circulating and interacting with patrons
• Must be knowledgeable of all special events and promotions available to customers
• Must at all times demonstrate friendly, ethical cooperative behavior with customers and co-w orkers
• Actively seeking out opportunities to service customers
• Work in a team environment
• Maintain cleanliness of slot floor including keeping chairs pushed in, disposing of cups, and any other light cleaning responsibilities to promote a positive player environment
• While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk.

• Must adhere to the company policies and procedures
• Some duties performed may be outside employees normal job duties

• Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Must enjoy hosting others
• Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Wearing a 2-way communication radio with earpiece
• Multitasking with several radio calls
• Capacity to work independently with minimal direction
• Must have the ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50lbs.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in vary work areas such as confined spaces

STARTING SALARY $14.52 per hour (this position averages an additional $72.50 per hour, for tips and gratuities)
