Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is one component of our Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs to support team members’ financial, physical, and mental well-being. Responsibilities- Responsible for fostering a fun environment
- Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Ensures regulatory compliance with all aspects of slot machine maintenance (moves, conversions, and repair) and ensures functionality of the slot maintenance system
- Interacts with Slot Operations personnel and Guests while repairing slot machine functions
- Work on special projects as assigned
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock of parts necessary for repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance: clean, inspect, adjust, and test various machine parts
- Perform floor maintenance: troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions and system problems as they occur during gaming
- Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines; provide answers and explanations, and rectify problems as appropriate
- Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Must enjoy hosting others

- Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests
- High school diploma or GED; 1–6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Electronic/mechanical troubleshooting and use of electronic test equipment experience (e.g., board testers, multimeters, oscilloscope)
- Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors
- Excellent interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication; fluent in English
- Ability to stand and move around the property for entire shift
- Ability to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
- Ability to tolerate areas with second-hand smoke, noise, temperature variation, and crowded environments
- Physical ability to perform duties, including standing for long periods and handling items as needed
Starting at $19.80 per hour, up to $25.00 per hour
