DDS Residential Counselor (30 Hours) – Valerie Drive

Join Open Sky Community Services as a Residential Counselor supporting adults with developmental and intellectual challenges. Our mission is to provide safe, nurturing homes and encourage active community participation for each resident.

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and play a lead role in daily implementation.
• Implement procedures that ensure health, safety, and well-being, and maintain general cleanliness of the physical site.
• Assist individuals with transportation access or provide transportation services.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

• Excellent supervision, professional development, and training opportunities.
