ENT Specialists is looking to hire a reliable, friendly, and upbeat front‑desk medical receptionist. The role involves providing excellent customer service and administrative SOME. The front‑desk check‑in and check‑out receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, managing the check‑in and out process efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities- Greet and welcome patients like they are VIPs (because they are).
- Check patients in for appointments, verify their demographic information, and update any changes
