• Greet guests energetically and with a sincere "Hello, welcome to Papa Gino's/D'Angelo's."
• Ensure that each guest gets exactly what they want by politely listening, suggesting items, repeating back their order, and being knowledgeable of the menu and the ordering system.
• Process orders efficiently while offering a friendly personality to make guests feel special.
• Handle credit cards, rewards cards, and cash with focus and precision.

• Prepare and present our great food according to company specifications.
• Learn to use equipment, resources, and tools needed to prepare the best product for guests.

• Take the first step into a leadership role with Papa Gino's.
• Assist the General Manager in the restaurant operation, including:
• Scheduling Team Members.
• Assisting with inventory control.
• Cash handling and training Team Members.
