Tips! Team members earn an average of $18 per shift. Team members are responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests receive their orders accurately. They will also prepare food and maintain cleanliness according to company standards.

At Papa Gino’s and D'Angelo's, working as a Team Member involves teamwork, pride, and serving every guest the delicious food they are craving. You will learn new skills, make new friends, and learn the basics of the menu, food safety and sanitation. You can grow your career by becoming a server, cashier, cook, delivery driver, or progress towards a Shift Leader role.

The skies are the limit.

As a Cashier: greet guests energetically with a “Hello, welcome to Papa Gino’s/D'Angelo's”, listen and repeat back their order, and use the ordering system accurately. Handle credit cards, rewards cards, and cash with precision.

As a Cook: prepare and present our great food according to company specifications, use equipment and resources effectively to produce the best product for guests.

As a Shift Leader: assist the General Manager with operations, schedule team members, assist with inventory control, handle cash, and train new team members. Age restrictions apply to equipment use.
