The Co‑Foreman is a leader and contributor on our crew and an integral part of our success. The role coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. The Co‑Foreman assists with monitoring project progress to keep it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint. Candidates with experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, or leading a team would be a great fit.

• Bi‑weekly pay and weekly bonus opportunities ($50k–$70k)

• Assist the Foreman with leading a high‑performance team serving local customers
• Review job specifications to determine required materials, tools, and equipment before reporting to the job site
• Assess job conditions on site and set plans based on time allotment and required tools; assign duties to crew members
• Install products and services with support from a national team of trained professionals
• Innovate and troubleshoot situations as needed to meet company standards and timetables
• Provide customers with superior quality and service while onsite
• Ensure all final documentation is completed accurately and delivered to the proper parties

• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and a team‑player attitude
• Experience leading crews or small teams
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
• Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and other confined areas
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs; walk and stand for long periods; perform strenuous physical labor
• Use lower back muscles to support carries without fatigue
• Good manual dexterity and multi‑limb coordination; ability to quickly move arms and legs
• Excellent stamina
• Vision required to read reports and data on computer screens
