MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensurethatglobalmarketinginitiativesacrossallproductcategoriesarerootedinconsumerneedsandensurethattheglobalinitiativesarefit-for-useinthekeymarkets
  • Projectleadonallquantitativeandqualitativeconsumerresearchprojectsworkingwithexternalpartnersandinternalself-service tools
  • Drivetheadoptionandcapabilitybuildingviaanewtest&learntoolsincoremarkets
  • Partner with Marketingteamsincoremarketstoensureimplementationofrecommendationsbasedonresearchinsights
  • Partnerwiththeglobal Revenue Growth Teamondataanalysisonexistingcustomerdatatofullyunderstandthecustomerlifecycleandpurchasebehaviourtoidentifybusinessopportunitiesonrecruitment (tradein) and bridging(tradeup&across)
  • Continuouslyinfuseconsumer-centricdecision-makingacrosstheorganization,withtheCMIteamasacentreofexcellenceforconsumerandmarketinsights
  • Ensuredataexcellencywithintheorganization(capabilitybuilding,data reliability,dataaccessibility)
HOWYOUCANFIT:
  • 5+yearsofexperienceinconsumerinsightsandmarketing,preferablyinthebeautyindustryandpreferablyinaregionalorglobalrole
  • Strongskillsondataanalysisandstatistics,abilitytosimplifyandvisualizecomplexdatafromtrends,marketdataorresearchintoactionablerecommendations
  • Strategic thinking:abilitytozoomoutandseeingopportunitiesatabroaderscale
  • Highlevelofmaturity,excellentcommunicationandinfluencingskillsacrossorganizationallevels
  • Well-balancedmindsetbetweenanalyticalskillsandstory-tellingcapabilities
