Position Overview

Working within a multi-functional team in the Geneva office and across EMEA regional Marketing & Communication departments, the successful candidate will play a key role in helping Ralph Lauren to grow visibility in the EMEA Digital Pure-Players landscape through its top core wholesale partner Zalando.

The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and the optimization of e-commerce experience, being the partner’s main contact and therefore leading conversations externally and internally.

Operating in such a highly competitive environment, the successful candidate will strive to make the marketing activities meet the expectations of Ralph Lauren customers and clients who expect the best consumer experience online and offline and the most elevated brand presentation.

Lead regional marketing strategy for EMEA Pure Players (Zalando), including annual and seasonal planning, campaign calendars, long-term roadmaps, and alignment with global marketing and business objectives

  • Own end-to-end campaign development and execution across on-site, CRM, social media and ambassador programs, covering creative briefing, budget management, performance marketing coordination, KPI tracking, reporting, and ROI optimization
  • Act as brand and digital marketing ambassador for key partners, leading strategic planning meetings, presentations, seasonal brand trainings, and briefings
  • Drive brand elevation and digital excellence by monitoring ecommerce and marketing trends, tracking competitor activities, running website audits, supervising content deployment, and implementing optimization and test-and-learn initiatives (incl. social commerce, innovation and AI)
  • Serve as EMEA & Germany Wholesale Marketing expert, building strong partner relationships, developing deep market knowledge, and collaborating cross-functionally (Mar Com, Sales, Buying & Planning) to drive digital transformation and omnichannel alignment across regions

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, with digital focus (ideally with ecommerce or digital marketing)
  • Proven track record of success in project management
  • Good understanding of the Marketing & Communication (Mar Com) eco-system online
  • Experience and/or interest in Fashion/Luxury is a plus
  • Proficiency in reading and analyzing data
  • Highly organized and structured, capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously (from start to completion) while meeting deadlines with attention to details
  • Strong team spirit with ability to work cross-functions and cross-regions
  • Passion and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, curiosity, problem solving and high quality of execution
  • Fluent in English is a must, any additional languages is a plus
