We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team at our Plano, TX headquarters. This hands‑on role will partner closely with the Controller to oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting for multiple entities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a passion for process improvement in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.

• Review and prepare account analyses, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial and operational reports.
• Support financial statement preparation, including variance analysis.
• Review accounts payable processes and assist in process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with external audits, regulatory filings, and other compliance activities.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to management inquiries.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Net Suite.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proven ability to work with sensitive, confidential information.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, team‑oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
