Director of Accounting

This role will lead the company’s corporate accounting and consolidated financial reporting functions, with responsibility for the month-end close, consolidated financial statements, balance sheet oversight, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. It will also partner closely with Finance, external auditors, and other stakeholders while strengthening internal controls, driving process improvements, and leading a high-performing accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with at least 5 years hands‑on accounting managerial experience, public accounting foundation strongly preferred.
• Hospitality and/or Real Estate accounting experience preferred.
• CPA required.
• Proficient with general ledger systems, MS Excel and other analytical tools.
• Highly motivated individual that works well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong managerial and organizational skills.
