About the PositionWe’re seeking a resourceful, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our founder. This role goes far beyond basic administrative tasks — you’ll play an integral part in real estate initiatives, oversee daily operations, and help drive strategic projects forward.
This is a full‑time, in‑person role based in Plano, TX, with occasional travel within the DFW metroplex.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Oversee active real estate projects — track leases, deadlines, contractors, permits, and inspections.
- Communicate professionally with brokers, vendors, legal partners, and clients.
- Prepare reports, draft follow‑up correspondence, and handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Assist with business development activities and support the launch of new ventures.
- Occasionally manage personal errands and logistics for the founder.
- Visit job sites and properties throughout the DFW area as needed.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and anticipate needs proactively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when managing confidential information.
- Comfortable with technology: proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Self‑motivated, solution‑oriented, and adaptable — you take initiative and get things done.
- Experience in real estate or healthcare environments is a plus.
