Office Manager

Our client in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Office Manager for a direct hire position.

Company Profile :

Office Manager Responsibilities :
  • Manage financial record-keeping and purchase orders
  • Coordinate meetings and provide facility management support to the executive team
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist with inquiries
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Sort incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and maintain office records
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and external parties
  • Create purchase orders, delivery tickets, and invoices
  • Collaborate with HR for new hire onboarding
  • Procure office supplies and manage inventory
  • Develop work schedules and organize meetings
  • Provide basic assistance with employee benefit queries when needed
Office Manager Requirements :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in Quick Books and computer literacy
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self‑motivated with a positive attitude
