Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 3:30pm (100% onsite)
- Detail oriented
- Experience working auto titles from a dealership or DMV; mortgage titles is also acceptable
- Banking or Auto Finance experience
- Excel proficient
The Associate, Servicing Support is responsible for processing all Title requests received via multiple channels. The position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within tight time frames, while adhering to policy and procedures, and compliance regulations. The position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure and job rotation.
Duties and Responsibilities- Process Title requests
- Manage process via accessing several databases and systems
- Prepare and release documents as requested ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handle general incoming calls, perform follow-up calls and respond to emails received
- All other duties as assigned
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with all general office equipment such as phone, fax, printer, email, scanner, computer
- Strong communication skills
