Executive Admin Assistant 3 The Judge Group
• Plano, TX
Location: Plano, TX, 75023
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Extension possible based on performance)
Shift: Normal Business Hours, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a key liaison, ensuring seamless operations and supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and proactively resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports.
- Organize and prepare agendas for meetings, including board and committee sessions.
- Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, and other documents.
- Maintain records management systems and oversee office supply inventory.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including equipment and system access.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and troubleshoot basic IT or office issues.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and documentation.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Event planning and budgeting experience.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Korean-English bilingual (optional but preferred).
