Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

• Administrative Support:
  Processing MRO invoices, submitting and tracking PRs/POs managing records, and creating documents, files, spreadsheets, and databases;
  Providing support for scheduling, project management, and event organization.
• Vendor and Supplier Management:
  Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers;
  Handling registrations and managing contracts;
  Documenting all the files and information with current vendors and ongoing and upcoming projects
• Other Duties :
  Assisting with budget planning and expense management;
  Running errands and providing general support;
  Preparing reports and presentations.

• Education/Qualification/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/
  
  Experience:
  
  Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Bilingual Mandarin or Spanish is a plus, but not required
