Your roleWorking closely with our Office Manager and Bookkeeper, you’ll support sales representatives, order processing, payments, and daily office operations. The Office Manager will guide your priorities and training as you learn the business.

- Record cash receipts and help with invoices, expenses, reconciliations, and outstanding balances. Process vendor payments, and trouble payment or receipt issues as they arise.
- Welcome visitors and provide backup for shipping, receiving, and fulfillment. Keep supplies, deliveries, confidential paperwork, and routine office management procedures on track.
- You follow through. You track what’s pending, get answers, and let people know when something is complete.
- You get the details right. You check orders, addresses, and payment records before small errors become bigger problems.
- You stay organized as priorities shift. You can handle an interruption and return to the work that still needs finishing.
- You make things easier for people. You listen, solve practical problems, and give customers and coworkers clear, timely updates.
- You use good judgment. You protect confidential information and ask questions before guessing about an unfamiliar task or transaction.

You should be comfortable learning business software and working accurately with customer and financial records. Experience in the jewelry industry is helpful, but not required.
