Job Summary: Maintain facilities to produce high quality service. Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees and quick response to all customer inquiries and/or complaints. Driving, Car washer.

Responsibilities:

• Wash exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum interior of automobiles to remove dirt and debris.
• Clean upholstery, surfaces and use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces.
• Apply preservation chemicals to protect against spots and stains.
• Use different dyes, paints, waxes to protect leather/fabric as needed.
• Clean and remove grease on engines or engine compartments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management due to operational needs.

Working Conditions:

• Physically demanding; frequent movement, bending, lifting, reaching, squatting.
• May require work outdoors and under varying climate conditions.
• Must work with and move numerous vehicles during the shift.
• Use of safe and OSHA approved waxes and cleaners.
• Frequent flexing of spine, hands, wrists and fingers.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Constant oral communication; clarity of vision and hearing required.
• Ability to identify small imperfections such as streaks, smudges, missed vacuuming.
• Ability to quality inspect own work and that of other team members.
• Work with sense of urgency to respect customer time.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Desire to treat each customer’s personal vehicle with care and respect.
• Reliability: arrive on time and stay on task when on the clock.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturday/Sunday and holidays.
• Commitment to reporting to work on time and staying on task during shift.
