We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑oriented professional to manage relationships, drive revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction. In this role you will optimize customer satisfaction, minimize churn, and elevate Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through relationship building strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Prospect, sell, develop, and expand the client base.
- Drive new and incremental revenue ideas with Account Executives.
- Monitor and evaluate competitive offers and activity.
- Integrate knowledge of business and functional priorities.
- Act as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment.
- Lead cross‑functional projects and share expertise.
- Perform both transactional account management and organic new business development.
- Apply data and business casing to identify audience growth opportunities.
- Connect with key decision makers at the agency and client level.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer and prospect records, and participate in sales forecast development.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management on new product additions and existing product definition.
- Complete required documentation and reporting for contract processing, RFPs, and business growth opportunities.
- Own the customer experience and act in ways that put customers first.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Telecommunications, Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with research‑based solution development.
- Experience preparing and delivering client proposals and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including the full MS Office suite.
