Job Responsibilities- Engage in instructor‑led and self‑driven training – internal/external payables tools.
- Learn and understand the payables landscape and our approach to client discovery calls and solutioning.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support business objectives and performance goals.
- Collaborate with aligned Client Solutions Specialists (CSSs) on client discovery calls, proposals to identify appropriate Payable solutions for clients.
- Manage administrative tasks for the aligned Client Solutions Specialists (CSSs) which includes pricing, creating accounts and opportunities in Salesforce, and note taking.
- Assist in client call preparation by creating pricing, financial illustrations, developing pitch books, and sharing customer research.
- Understand competitors’ products and positioning within the client & market.
- Work with Client Solutions Specialists (CSSs) and Treasury Team throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
- Successfully complete an in‑depth development program designed to transform you into a SME in all aspects of payables.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, B2B payables, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong interest in working with a coordinated deal team to deliver best‑in‑class solutions to our clients.
- Willingness to learn and understand payment solutions within B2B and B2C space.
- Ability to develop and leverage internal networks and resources to complete projects.
- Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Payments industry knowledge, marketing, and data analytic experience.
