Overview
Business Development Manager - IT Staffing
What you’ll do- Own and grow Pixie’s IT contracting business in the United States.
- Define and execute business development strategy for the US market.
- Build, manage, and expand long-term client partnerships.
- Identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Establish Pixie as the go-to partner for IT talent across the United States.
- Proven senior-level experience in IT staffing / contracting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: fully autonomous in driving revenue and growth.
- Deep understanding of the US market and business culture.
- Strong existing network within staffing and/or technology.
- Commercially sharp, results-driven and confident in negotiations.
- Senior ownership: full responsibility for a strategic market.
- International exposure within a fast-growing, well-structured group.
- Competitive compensation package (base salary + commission).
