How You’ll Make an Impact- The Person al Lines Account Executive delivers high‑quality and efficient service to high‑new‑worth clients through day‑to‑day account management of an assigned group of accounts.
- Contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, and achieving operating/margin targets.
- Successfully and profitably manages an assigned group of accounts.
- Leads the renewal process, ensuring best‑possible solutions are delivered to clients in a high‑quality and timely manner.
- Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
- Conducts periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
- Owns all audit, review, and claims processes for assigned book of business.
- Analyzes data to draft client service plans, stewardship reports, and other meaningful reports tailored to client needs.
- Forecasts industry trends to predict needed changes in client strategies.
- Reviews changes in carrier offerings and policies and relays information to the larger service team and directly to clients.
- Facilitates and collaborates with the account team on the agency’s renewal strategy.
- Creates complex risk‑management strategies for accounts and other team members to attract and retain large client accounts.
- Partners with industry and carrier experts to deliver strategy and solution options to clients and the broader agency.
Required: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience – OR – High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. P&C License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
