Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The candidate will be responsible for scripting dialer workflows and integrating Salesforce components with NICE and Live Vox platforms.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure clear understanding and delivery of solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and process improvement assessments to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Support testing and validation efforts, including creating test cases and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare documentation and reports, including business cases, workflows, and user manuals for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive process improvements and deliver business solutions.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
