Culture & Engagement Operations Specialist

Position Type: HR Generalist 2
Location: 6625 Excellence Way, Building LC4, Plano, TX 75023
Schedule: Fully Onsite

  • Currently hybrid with WFH Fridays; transitioning to fully onsite (Mon–Fri) beginning April 6, 2026
  • Hours:

    9:00 AM–6:00 PM (includes 1 hour lunch)
    Contract Length: 12 months
Position Overview

The Culture & Engagement Operations Specialist will play a critical role in driving company-wide culture and engagement initiatives. This role supports the execution of engagement surveys, ERG programs, in-person events, and recognition campaigns while ensuring alignment across internal teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and proactive—comfortable wearing multiple hats including event coordination, communications support, and data analysis. This position directly contributes to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of engagement initiatives such as surveys, ERG projects, in-person events, and recognition campaigns.
  • Act as a communication liaison among internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
  • Manage company-wide communication submission and approval workflows to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Collect, analyze, and present employee engagement data to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring prioritization and timely completion.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, HR operations, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with ERG initiatives and diversity & inclusion frameworks.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., , Asana).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and an effective communicator.
