Description:
TCS BaNCS is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with strong technical acumen to drive strategic sales initiatives across the banking sector. In this role, you will be developing and presenting tailored TCS BaNCS solutions to financial institutions, with a focus on core banking modernization.
You’ll work closely with prospective clients, product and delivery teams to shape compelling value propositions and win complex deals. This is a highly visible, client‑facing role that combines consultative selling with technical solutioning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage workshops, RFP responses, and client orals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized solutions that address client‑specific needs using TCS BaNCS capabilities.
- Deliver compelling value pitches and technical presentations to C‑level executives.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision‑makers across the banking industry.
- Support lead generation efforts through industry engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
- Proven experience selling banking or payments technology solutions to regional or large banks.
- Strong understanding of core banking systems.
- Strong understanding of modern technical architectures, including cloud‑native and microservices‑based platforms.
- Ability to bridge business and technical conversations seamlessly.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment with global teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- 10‑13 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience supporting core transformation, digital banking, or cloud‑based banking initiatives.
- Track record of success in closing enterprise deals in financial services.
- Spanish‑speaking proficiency is a plus.
