A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Strategy Operations Lead to join our team in Plano, TX.The Strategy Operations Lead plays a critical role in enabling the success of the Strategy & Operations organization. This individual partners closely with the broader team to drive alignment, manage operating rhythms, coordinate executive materials, and ensure delivery against strategic priorities.

This role is responsible for keeping strategic initiatives on track, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met, and maintaining clear visibility across work streams. The Strategy Operations Lead brings strong organizational discipline, executive communication skills, and the ability to drive accountability across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Own and manage the operating rhythm for the Strategy & Operations organization

Coordinate the development of executive-level materials, synthesizing inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear, cohesive, and decision-ready presentations

Maintain visibility across strategic initiatives by tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and commitments; proactively drive follow-ups and ensure accountability against agreed deliverables

Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, clarity of ownership, and coordinated execution of strategic initiatives

Standardize templates, workflows, and tracking mechanisms to improve consistency, efficiency, and transparency across the strategy team Ensure executive-ready communication by shaping narratives, aligning messaging to strategic priorities, and preparing briefing materials that support informed decision-making

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or similarly execution-focused roles, with demonstrated experience supporting executive business cycles and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. They are highly organized and proactive, able to translate strategic direction into structured plans, executive-ready materials, and disciplined follow-through, supported by strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or execution-focused roles.

At least 3+ years of experience supporting executive-level operating rhythms, including preparation of executive presentations, briefing materials, and decision-support documentation.

Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating cross-functional strategic initiatives involving 3+ stakeholder groups or business units.

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
