Order Management Specialist
Immediate need for a talented Order Management Specialist. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Pay Range: $40/hr - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing, tracking, and reconciliation for major accounts
- Generate multiple daily reports for select accounts
- Collaborate with customer service teams regarding order status and product availability
- Collect, document, and manage information logs for Home Appliance accounts
- Create Commercial Invoices
- Coordinate with Call Center to ensure timely consumer contact for order rescheduling
- Process upgrades for end-of-life models
- Be prepared to work overtime if required
Key Requirements and Technology
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in order management or related field
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service background
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of supply chain processes
- Experience in demand planning and root cause analysis
