As a Business Solutions Intern, you will collaborate with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of business and technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and deliver value to clients. You'll gain hands-on experience with business process analysis, data analysis, process automation, and technology-enabled solutions while contributing to real-world projects.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills while receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced team members.

* Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Collaborate with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to support business and technology projects that improve operational efficiency and client processes.
* Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and technology-driven solutions.
* Gather, organize, and analyze data using spreadsheets, databases, and other technology tools to support project objectives.
* Participate in researching, designing, testing, and implementing business and technology solutions to address real-world challenges. Support the development of project documentation, reports, and client deliverables.
* Assist with gathering business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and testing solutions to ensure they meet project needs.
* Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and collaborative problem-solving while learning from experienced professionals.
* Take initiative in researching solutions, exploring new technologies, and developing technical skills while receiving mentorship and support from team members and leadership.

* Education and Experience:

*** Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
* Anticipated graduation date within one year of internship
* Minimum Overall and Major GPA of 2.8
* Minimum of 6 – 12 Accounting hours depending on practice  
** Professional Skills Requirements:
*** Work effectively in a fast pace, high-energy environment.
* Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
* Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and etc.

** To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
