Drive development of Estimate at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) deliverables, providing critical financial insight to program leadership. Report Earned Value (EV) & perform detailed EV analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions. Own cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Prepare various ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early warning of issues.

Partnering with various functional disciplines (Program management, Engineering, and Supply Chain).

Typically, requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Understanding of Earned Value (EV) & Estimates at Completion (EAC). Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance (with SSBI) and ability to obtain Special Access is required prior to start date.

Good organizational, prioritization, analytical & problem-solving skills. Experience with SAP, For Project, and PMX. Ability to plan tasks, provide results, & recommend solutions to management. Working knowledge of MRP. Experience in detailed program data analysis.
