Director, Product Management - Developer

As a Director of Product Management for Inner Loop, you will drive the enterprise vision and strategy for Capital One's Context Ecosystem, defining how our engineers write, test, and ship code 'll establish the foundational measurement frameworks that executive engineering leaders use to direct strategic investments, overseeing a portfolio of data products that quantify context effectiveness across our software development lifecycle.

By translating developer experience metrics into systemic changes, you will transform how Capital One builds software faster, with higher quality, and less friction. We are looking for an executive product leader who is obsessed with measurement methodology to drive massive organizational impact.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

• Experience leading product management teams and strategies

• Experience leading product for large-scale enterprise platforms

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management

New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management

Plano, TX: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management

San Francisco, CA: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management
