Entry Level Behavior Technician

Pay Range: $19–$25 per hour for clinical work (based on experience).

• Work one‑on‑one with children with autism in a center or home‑based setting.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Good judgment in responding to situations common among clients.
• Effective compassionate communication skills with children and caregivers.
• Background as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or childcare volunteer is a plus, but all applicants are welcome.

• A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
• High‑school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and comfort with tablet technology.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations (schools, ACES sites, client homes).
• Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions at times most needed by families.
