The Opportunity:

We are actively seeking a Sales Director to spearhead sales efforts in the Texas market with a primary focus on high‑value new construction projects
. This role is crucial in establishing relationships with major commercial general contractors and developers while leading strategic initiatives that drive profitability and market share.

You will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline of new construction opportunities, influencing specification work, and ensuring seamless delivery of Division 8 solutions. The company is seeking a strategic thinker with a proven track record in commercial door and hardware sales, particularly in new construction environments.

Key Focus Areas:
  • Targeting large‑scale, high‑value new construction projects
  • Establishing and expanding relationships with top commercial GCs and developers
  • Driving revenue growth through strategic pipeline development
  • Leading sales team performance and key operational metrics
  • Delivering innovative Division 8 solutions across complex, fast‑paced projects
What’s In It for You:

Qualifications:

  • Located in or willing to relocate to Plano, TX
