We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to be adding to our team of professional dance instructors. Whether you have extensive dance experience or none at all, you could have a successful future with us. As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and the Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals through many different paths – from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth. You will enjoy the unique honor of enhancing people’s lives every day and work closely with people from all walks of life, gaining personal enrichment.
We maintain regular studio hours throughout the week; however, we host many events that occur on weekday evenings and some weekends for which you will need to attend with your students.
Responsibilities- Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
- Help students reach their personal dance goals through various paths.
- Attend weekday evenings and weekend events as required.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Understanding of success factors and willingness to commit.
- Accountable and team‑oriented.
- Openness to coaching and feedback.
- Positive outlook – cup always half full.
- Exceptional physical fitness/endurance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.
- A high‑energy, fun‑filled work environment.
