Front Desk Coordinator - Plano Legacy
Boardroom Salon For Men seeks a Front Desk Coordinator in Plano, Texas. Join us to help clients relax, look great, and feel confident.
Salary: $48,000–$59,000 annually.

- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued
- Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize our POS system accurately to check in and out clients, collect payments, document client information, manage appointments, and manage memberships
- Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Excellent client service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Positive, uplifting attitude is a must
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication: verbal, over the phone, and in messaging
- Remain calm and professional in stressful situations
