We’re looking for a Customer Service Scheduling Agent who will serve as the critical link between our customers and service teams—ensuring every appointment is scheduled with precision. This is a great opportunity to work with a small team.
What You’ll Do:As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for managing incoming scheduling requests and coordinating appointments that align with both customer needs and availability. Your attention to detail and calm demeanor will help create a seamless experience from first interaction to completed service.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Scheduling, confirming, and modifying appointments through phone and email.
- Heavy inbound and outbound calls
- Coordinate availability with customer preferences
- Managing cancellations, reschedules, and urgent requests with professionalism
- Delivering high-quality customer service while optimizing route and schedule efficiency
- Keeping detailed, up-to-date records in our scheduling and CRM systems
- Collaborating with internal teams to balance service capacity and demand
- Experience in a customer-facing role with scheduling or dispatch duties
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and friendly
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Skedulo)
- A solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required)
