You will manage drop-offs for PSA, PCGS, PSA/DNA, and WATA, keep customers informed, and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth submissions and pickups.
Role requires up to 40% travel, a valid driver’s license, and onsite presence five days a week. Prior customer care/hospitality experience and strong communication skills are essential for success.
