Collectors is seeking PSA Customer Care Representatives to deliver world-class support to customers globally from our Plano, TX office. You will answer inquiries via phone, email, social media, Live Chat, and message boards, supporting the PSA Vault and eBay teams. This is a full-time onsite role with a 9am–7pm CST shift.
We value 1–2 years of customer service experience, fluent English, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Google Docs, Dial Pad, Salesforce, and Slack is preferred.
