As a Product Director in Auto, Finance & Drive, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross‑functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the product lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business growth targets.
  • Mentor the product team on best practices to effectively deliver objectives.
  • Own product performance and invest in enhancements to meet business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Develop and execute strategic vision for digital solutions, ensuring alignment with PLCF objectives.
  • Oversee design and implementation of digital assets, focusing on user experience and compliance.
  • Leverage analytics to enhance decision‑making and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive consistency and adoption of digital solutions.
  • Utilize digital assets to deliver personalized experiences and streamline processes.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change while managing stakeholders across functions.
  • Experience in leading digital asset development and analytics projects.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts in a simplified way.
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Recognized leader within a related field.
  • Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 8+ years of experience in product development or technology applications.
  • Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and data analytics.
