We're looking for an Interior Designer to join our Sales & Design team. If you're a licensed designer who understands residential construction and wants to see your designs built with integrity, this is your opportunity.
What You'll Do- Lead design from concept through construction documentation
- Create drawings, renderings, and client presentations
- Support estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling
- Conduct field observations and quality control reviews
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- NCIDQ certification or Texas state registration (preferred)
- 2+ years of interior design experience
- Strong understanding of residential remodeling
- Proficient in Revit, Chief Architect, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Office 365
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- 4 weeks paid vacation/sick time
