* About the Position
* We are seeking a skilled and collaborative
* Anesthesiologist* to join our growing
* Ambulatory Surgery Center*. This offers an excellent opportunity to work in a
* high-efficiency, outpatient surgical environment
* with predictable scheduling, no overnight call, and a strong multidisciplinary team.
Our ASC specializes in
* foot and ankle surgery and vascular procedures*, providing high-quality care with a patient-centered approach. The ideal candidate is experienced in ASC anesthesia, values teamwork, and is committed to safety, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes.
* Key Responsibilities
* * Provide anesthesia services for
* podiatric and vascular surgical procedures
* in an ASC setting
* Perform pre-operative evaluations and post-anesthesia assessments
* Administer general anesthesia, MAC, and regional blocks as appropriate
* Collaborate closely with surgeons, CRNAs, nursing staff, and surgical team
* Ensure compliance with
* AAAHC, CMS, and state regulatory standards
* * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
* Participate in quality assurance, patient safety, and performance improvement activities
* Uphold best practices in infection control, medication management, and patient monitoring
* Qualifications
* * MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* * Board Certified in Anesthesiology
* * Active, unrestricted
* Texas state medical license
* * Current
* DEA registration
* * Current
* BLS and ACLS certification
* * Experience in
* Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
* or outpatient surgical settings preferred
* Experience with podiatry, orthopedic, or foot & ankle cases strongly preferred
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Pay: $250.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week
Experience:
* Anesthesiology: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
* American Board of Anesthesiology Certification (Required)
