Site Director OB Hospitalist Physician

Medical City Plano is seeking a collaborative and experienced OB/GYN to serve as the Site Director of OB Hospitalists. This leadership opportunity is for a physician who values clinical excellence, team development, and compassionate care in a hospital‑based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated OB Hospitalist team and ensure the program meets clinical and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director, hospital leadership, and medical teams to support exceptional patient and provider outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and administration.
  • Support program financial performance in partnership with Hospital and Division Leadership.
Qualifications
  • Board certification required.
  • Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and communication.
  • At least two years of clinical experience preferred; leadership experience a plus.
