About the RoleWelltower’s Capital Expenditures (Cap Ex) and Redevelopment pipeline continues to expand, encompassing thousands of projects each year across a broad and geographically diverse portfolio of assets. This role is designed to provide independent field-based oversight to ensure project quality, consistency, and adherence to Well Tower’s design and construction standards. By validating workmanship, materials, and project schedules, this position helps maintain operational excellence and supports Well Tower’s commitment to delivering best‑in‑class environments across its portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in‑progress and post‑completion inspections of high‑value/risk Cap Ex and redevelopment projects.
- Audit project plans, schedules, and budgets against field conditions.
- Provide photographic documentation and standardized inspection reports for leadership review.
- Validate workmanship, materials, and adherence to Well Tower design standards.
- Identify trends in recurring issues and recommend process improvements and accountability measures to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support operator feedback loops to address staff/resident disruptions and concerns.

TravelSome overnight travel is expected for this position.
Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management or related field highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the seniors housing or multi‑family industries.
