As a RAN Test Engineer, you will be responsible for executing test plans, analyzing results, and troubleshooting issues in live and lab environments. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of LTE and 5G networks. This position offers an opportunity to work on advanced telecom technologies and contribute to high‑impact projects for leading operators.
✅ Key Responsibilities- ✓ Execute RAN test cases for LTE and 5G networks in lab and field environments
- ✓ Validate network performance and troubleshoot integration issues
- ✓ Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
- ✓ Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
- ✓ Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
- ✓ Work authorization for the USA (mandatory)
- ✓ Strong experience in RAN testing and validation
- ✓ Knowledge of LTE and 5G technologies and protocols
- ✓ Hands‑on experience with test tools and network analyzers
- ✓ Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- ✓ Familiarity with Ericsson or Nokia RAN equipment
- ✓ Experience with scripting for test automation
- ✓ Knowledge of KPI analysis and optimization techniques
- ✓ Exposure to drive test tools and performance monitoring systems
- ✓ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
